Partnership-based financing sharing profit and loss.

Musharika is a partnership contract where the Bank and the customer jointly contribute capital to a venture or asset, sharing profits per an agreed ratio and losses in proportion to capital contribution.

Diminishing Musharika

The Bank's ownership share in the asset (commonly a home) gradually reduces as the customer buys additional units of ownership over time, typically used for home financing.
